Waterproofing bitumen emulsion
Purpose:
Water based, cold applied bituminous paste used as vapor barrier or as primer when diluted with water to other bituminous coatings or roofing felts applied on concrete surfaces and building materials. Best to be used in combination with Tsirco-Pasta No.5 and Tsirco-Pasta No.7 for a complete waterproofing system.
