A bituminous solvent based solution for extra penetration on surfaces that cannot be completely cleaned of dust and for priming slightly damp surfaces. Suitable for use on concrete, asbestos sheets and metals. Usually used as a primer for other bituminous coatings including Tsirco-Fibromastic. |
